Reiki Classes

Mamta teaches Reiki, Usui Shiki Ryoho in Highbury, North London, N5, UK and also in India.

Mamta is passionate about teaching Reiki for 3 main reasons:

1. Reiki is easy to learn and practise.
2. Everyone can learn Reiki. No special ability or experience is required.
3. We can use Reiki in our daily lives, for ourselves, for friends and family, children or animals and even plants.

Learning Reiki is very empowering as it enables us to take charge of our own health and wellbeing rather than having to rely on others for help.

In the first degree class you will learn how to give Reiki to yourself and others.

You cannot learn Reiki from reading a book, you have to go to a Reiki Master to learn Reiki.

Mamta is passionate about providing continued support to her students after the Reiki classes. She offers monthly Reiki sharing groups, keeps students informed of events and retreats with more experienced Reiki Masters, offers Reiki treatments and distant Reiki, and provides support through telephone, email and her facebook page.
